Mooring

If only "things" could talk, history could be so much more fun and interesting.

My dads cousin is a well known headmaster and he says I'm now interested in history because it was drilled in during my school years that I blocked it out post school. Now we have a family the past is more a case of wanting to know. I also look at "things" and try to break it down to how they worked. Trying to piece things together to get an understanding of how we go to where we are today.

Anyway, back to this ring by they quay side. Maybe I should mention the Cutty Sark is on the other side of the river, so it could have had famous ships use it.

We did to lift it but it wasn't playing ball.
