What a mouthful!

The little Fairy Wrens were hard at work again this morning (Tuesday).  Having watched them for a few days now I’m intrigued to see that the female is doing most of the hunting and gathering while the male appears to be on lookout duty.  I’ve never seen him collect anything for their nest.  I was tickled pink to get this image.  He was sitting on top of the branch that was left after we cut back the Persoonia bush.  I think I’ll be cheeky and tag it for Tiny Tuesday.
