Succession Planning

A meeting with Noah and Leanne today which proved beneficial  for our future. I have no notion to retire for several years, and Leanne has no notion to return to full time work while she has Noah and another baby on the way, but my boss has been niggling me to think about succession planning. Fortunately our long time plans should collide if all goes well, and I have at least put the boss’ mind at rest that I have a snippet of a plan!
