It’s a puzzle

Woke up to a dry chilly morning. Again UBER was 15 minutes early, don’t know what to do. 

The office was cold (20 deg), and for some reason the chillers kept pumping out cold air all day. When I got back from my final meeting some of my colleagues were sitting around in thick winter coats, that’s no way to work.
