Rainbow in the Desert

We have had lots of rain and wind the last few days and I was thrilled to see this big fat rainbow after the rains began to subside this afternoon.  
  Andy and I made brownies after school and watched Super Book with the kids.   It was a quiet day until the kids came home though I did a few projects in the late morning.   I took off the old lamp shade cover and recovered with some fabric that my daughter liked.
