Bucatini carbonara

Today’s lunch
 
By now the vegans and vegetarians have moved on (sorry) but the more observant will have noticed that the pasta is bucatini and not the traditional spaghetti used for Spaghetti carbonara.
 
 

And to add to this Friday recklessness, we had a cheeky glass of wine with lunch.
