Waiting for chips.. Always have to wait for chips. You'd think that being a chip shop they'd have got the chip Kanban (just in time delivery) process cracked.

They were well worth waiting for though. Maybe the wait is purposeful - heightening expectation? They have had the same jar of pickled eggs on the counter since 1982.
