A Meandering Life...

Entering the City

Frank left the bus on the outskirts of the city, he didn't want to be registered at the city gates.
He headed to a long forgotten mail-train tunnel that cut through the city walls. His childhood playground had been a lifesaver more than once.
His next job was to find somewhere safe to stay once he worked out what was burning his fingers. He should have bought longer matches...

My Film Noir style adventure meanders into the city.

Thank you all who have left kind comments on my journal recently.
