Arthurs Seat lunchtime run

Had to fit in a run at lunchtime today as I'm travelling down to the Lakes after work.

N, who organises the monthly Arthur's Seat handicap race, was keen for a social run so I joined him. He was able to show me his shortcuts so when I happen to run the handicap race again I should do better than previously.
