Rannoch Moor

It was a really good winter’s day so we went for a walk from the hut, deciding to go up the Corbett of Beinn Mhic Chasgaig behind the Munros of Meall a' Bhuiridh and Creise as S hadn’t been there. The way up Meall a' Bhuiridh is more interesting than might be supposed as you can easily get out of sight of the ski paraphernalia. It was warm in the sun as there was no wind so we had our lunch on top; the blip is looking down to Rannoch Moor and the hills beyond. We went over the ridge to between Creise and Clach Leathad and then down to the low col before we went up the Corbett. It was a long walk out back to the hut, but as the ground was frozen we kept dry feet.

Yesterday’s blip.
