It's a MASSIVE custard cream.

Ok apparently I have missed this addition to the Costa menu since being in France. I met up with Holly for some tea and had to have one as France is severely lacking custard creams. I know they have amazing patisserie but still sometimes you can't beat a custard cream. Admittedly a massive one doesn't taste quite as good but still. I was very excited.
