Lighting up my Life

Not the best of photographs but l think this is the first time l’ve got a photograph of Ruby ( left) and Verity dancing together.
Sometimes it’s the content that matters more than the quality.
Skipton Lights switch on this evening preceded by All Together Now Community Choir starring  Blippers Jeanneb56 and Corinthian Column.
They were terrific ! Good songs from the heart, certainly made me sing along.
Had a brief meeting with them just before they took to the stage, lovely ladies.
Girls local ballet school followed, always difficult on a stage that is not good for dancing on but it gave me the chance to see all three granddaughters dance.
Kitty, feeling a little bit better, had just done her mock Grade 3 ballet exam minutes before the performance.
