My weekend highlight

A very long two days with no sales made me somewhat despondent. I stopped at the local petrol station on the way home, and saw these sausages from Priors Hall Farm, a superb local farm. I was going to have a sausage sandwich, but then thought I would love a toad. I googled toad in the hole for one person and found a you tube video for Delia making one. You cook it on a combination of the stove top, and finish it off under the grill. Most acceptable. Dorsetb, you might like this!
