The Vet is coming from London tonight so I will prepare a veggie dish for her. She will be late arriving into Dublin and nice to arrive home to the smell of savoury cooking. She is a vegetarian so the sauce consists of carrots, celery, peppers, shallots, tomatoes, herbs and a glug of tomato puree plus a big heap of garlic (she and I love it). I love cooking and listening to some beats at the same time
