Brownie...

Home made Brownie with a side of Alpro salted caramel ice cream and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds. Absolutely delicious!

Even better, we spent the day being fed by others - brunch at a friend's home in Sherwood, then off to Birmingham to visit my mum... Alright, Vicky did take over and cook on my mum's behalf, so that last statement wasn't entirely true.

Either way, a great day filled with delicious food! Who said all us vegans eat is grass?!
