I LOVE Einstein Bagels. There isn't one near my house, but I had to make a run to Staples this morning and spontaneously decided I wanted schmear. (Schmear is what they call their cream cheese) I ordered the ole blueberry bagel toasted with strawberry schmear and a Macadameia Nut coffee. When I opened my bagel (30 minutes later) I was surprised to see the little smear of schmear. Normally, they load the goodness with so much that I scrape it off into a napkin. At first, I was disappointed to see the little dab. But upon the first bite, I realized it was just enough. I simply had to do my own smearing of the schmear.
