The Miller - or is it?

I think these are Miller mushrooms and I photographed them in some very wet woodland, apparently ideal conditions for this edible variety of fungi.  Unfortunately it's also ideal for the Fool's Funnel toadstool which will poison you.  To make matters worse the two  look very similar and smell the same too.
