Rugosa

This image was gong to all about the bees, and I was going to crop in a lot tighter.  Then I saw the wonderful shape of the buds above the flower, and I couldn't find it in my heart to crop them out.

Rugosas are tough, and very reliable in our climate.  they don't seem to succumb to any of the usual diseases.
