Kickstarter Chef Knife

I have funded a couple of Kickstarter campaigns for innovative products I have had an interest in and when I saw this knife I decided it would be a good investment as they have had some great reviews for their pans and are now creating a set of knives - this one has been endorsed by a couple of Michelin Star chefs and it arrived today. I am not disappointed - it is razor sharp and comes with a 2 sided sharpening stone for sharpen and polish. Really felt good to use cutting up onions and cauliflower for dinner tonight!
