Sunshine!

Yoga this morning was cancelled :-( but that meant that I could go on the Bird watch walk at Castle Espie :-) .
It was a lovely morning, sunny! We'd almost forgotten what the sun looked like!! We saw eider ducks, pintails, teal, grebe, Brent geese, heron and little egret, oyster-catcher, lapwing, so a successful morning after all :-) (and I will have a Yoga class tomorrow evening, assuming my instructor is well again).
