Day 333/19. Vulpes Vulpes

The Red Fox (Vulpes vulpes) is the largest of the true foxes and one of the most widely distributed members of the order, being present across the entire Northern Hemisphere from the Arctic Circle to North Africa, North America and Eurasia.
I'd like to say this one posed for me in the wild after hours of my stalking him (or her). The truth is less exciting. It is captive in the New Forest Wildlife Park in southern UK. It still took a while of my waiting around, trigger finger poised, until it struck a decent pose though.
