White Friday

The weather got warmer during the night, up to +5°C in the morning, and together with the rain that melted the slush we had yesterday. Then the temperature dropped quickly below zero and the rain turned to snow. A few centimetres by evening, and I started the snow ploughing season, though just a couple of roads. We'll see tomorrow, if there's reason to continue. The roads are very wet and soft, so I'm not sure it would be good to plough them all now.

The weather wasn't any more inspiring to sort out scrap metal than the day before, so I spent most of the day between cattle duties indoors with bookkeeping etc.
