Walking

I’m very lucky with the location of the salon, it was built next to a farm and we have fields and a wood directly behind the building. I tend to arrive very early in the morning around 6.45/7am and walk up into the woods with Bertie to give him his morning exercise.

The fields have huge ridges running from one end to the other which are the original medieval ploughing furrows, isn’t that amazing that the way this land was farmed back in medieval times is STILL visual today!!
