BBC 16 The Steam Roller

I find it hard to believe that two years ago I blipped this very thing.

One thing I did notice is that I'm pretty sure it wasn't fenced then and that the idea was that Blackheath kiddies could climb all over it.

Wonder what happened to that idea?
