Shops

I had occasion to visit a podiatrist this day, my first ever such visit.  I had a toenail come off because of an unwise battle with a door frame and I wanted to check that the new nail was developing properly.  It was.

But my feet received the most amazing care during the 45 minute process; I was given advice on the the best products for maintaining their good condition (!) and I was told that I had the heartbeat of a teenager (there are two pulses in the foot and she had an ultrasound scanner).  It cost me £50, so I won't be doing that very often, but it was a revelation.

I snapped these shop fronts as quite decent examples of independent design on the street in Sandy while walking with newly freshened feet . . .
