Ladies prayer breakfast first thing where we thought about Mary and how she was Highly Favoured then had fears then was joyous.
then off to London as planned.  It was heaving so yesterdays sad attack didn't put people off. 16,500 steps done.  this is me faffing in camera to get this effect . I rather like it. 
home and eating a simple meal of ham and eggs no chips for me though. not allowed them.

Found out this morning that Canadian Daughter in law was on way to school yesterday when a buck deer crossed her path and did rather a lot of damage to the car. Thankfully she and the baby were not hurt but the car is badly damaged. A lady took her to day care where she was able to arrange a pick up with insurance and a hire car and borrowed the owners truck to get to school. The owner let her keep the truck a
until she could pick up the hire car. The owner then picked up the truck from the hire place in Peace river. Such kindness. Our son was 5 hours away in school. Just thankful they were not injured.
