A Trip to Brighton

We are here in Hove Actually, not Brighton, visiting my sister, Angela. We are being joined tomorrow by her two daughters, my son and daughter in law and other family members.

This old photo caught my eye. A trip that Angela and I had to Brighton with my parents and family friends in the 1950s. I am the little girl on the left and Angela is on the right. The smiling lady is our mother. Our father took the photo.

This is the only time I had short hair...and a pretty dreadful cut it is too!
