Christmas Roast

So I got a chance to roast some coffee today - our new Christmas Blend sold out in just over a day and E head roaster is away for Thanksgiving and J our other roaster’s grandfather had a stroke last night. So I drove over, fires up the roaster and roasted another 30 lbs and drove it over for Grapevine - really enjoyed doing this for a change and glad I remembered how to do it - it’s been a while! Other than that read the paper and watched a disappointing win for Liverpool. Watching the wine documentary later.
