When we first came to Brisbane, we had to make a lot of decisions very quickly. We had never been to Queensland before so we had to just pick a suburb from google maps and find a property. We had to find a school. We had to organise flights and then we needed to just find a car to carry us about until I arrived later from Adelaide with the 4x4. We eventually settled on this falcon after a few duds that we looked at. Don't get me wrong, this car was dirt cheap. It was just a run-about and in all honesty we expected it to last us a few months before it died and we would have our own car over here by then. To our amazement this car has been one of the best investments we have made. If you take into account what we paid for it, it would easily have to be one of the best cars we have had. Dedicated factory LPG it is staggeringly cheap to run and it has been incredibly reliable. Sure it's not a show piece but I love it. That's why when it recently started to have some problems starting and idling due to a failing gas converter, we have decided it is worth fixing. I would miss it too much now if we let it go so off she goes to the shop for some surgery. Good luck Falcon! I will come and visit you in the hospital shortly!
