Sparkles.

I noticed some of the leaves on this plant were sparkling in the sunshine. It looked like early frost that hadn't quite melted but actually I have no idea what it is as it wasn't on the green, orange and yellow leaves. I hope someone can put a name to it. It was quite large like a bush and hanging over a garden fence.
