Fun at the beach

It might only be a couple of degrees above freezing, and yes, you can see frost on the beach, but that still does not put off some people. 

Yes, these people at Portobello beach were having a good time.

Other things achieved today included, getting some Christmas cards from the dog and cat home, as well as picking out a couple of books on unicorns and transport for local children for Christmas. 

It’s a great initiative that Portobello Bookshop are undertaking, where you pick a label off their Christmas tree and go and find the book request, and they will then make sure the book goes to a local kid, who might not otherwise get a book. 

Back home in the warm now.
