Day 335/19. Its still a lantern....

Over a month ago I posted a picture of our Chinese Lantern fruits beginning to decay to a fine lattice. Well, today the lattice is still complete, but now fully exposed. If you look closely you can see the seed developing inside the protective framework. Nature is amazing.
