Sumidero Gorge

This is a shot of part of out trip up the Sumidero Gorge on the Grijalva River near San Christabel .    This was great fun and we even saw spider monkeys and crocodiles!

Best meal of the holiday in San Christabel this evening.  I had toast with a delicious tomato salsa type topping with Serrano Ham and Rob had what looked like a joint of fillet of pork with caramelised onions, squash puree and garlic bread washed down with a very lively Mexican beer.
