......sunshine, but it has to be said, a wee bit chilly! 
Just back from my annual MOT health check in North Shields.....BP fine (no request for 5 days worth of home readings!), urine sample passed muster (luckily they weren't checking for alcohol levels), weight OK (same as last year though I'm pretty sure some of it has migrated due to gravity), so unless they find something untoward in the bloods results I'm off the hook for another year. Dammit, I may even celebrate with a glass of wine with my lunch, live life on the edge ;-)
