Inspiring work

This morning I passed two brave workmen who had climbed right to the very top of this church spire to do some repair work. They seemed to have no fear of heights. Unfortunately, when I passed a little later they were working much lower down, and were not in such a prominent position. Nevertheless, I grabbed a quick shot.

I wonder if they will get rid of those weeds growing out of the left side while they are up there?
