Sunrise

Unlike my last sunrise one we did actually see the sun today.
Finally managed to collect the newsletter and get them to their next point (and they are now on the last but one stage of their journey) but in doing so wasn't able to go to aerobics, nstead I went for a short run.
Some work at the ponds after lunch and then some sewing.
Prayer time at church this evening.
