No Fear

I took my camera outside as soon as I spotted a young buck, with a doe that I assume is his mother.  I'm puzzled because he appears to be growing antlers now, which I thought occurs in the spring.  Anyway, what amazed me most was his lack of fear. I know they are accustomed to people, and have taken over much of local suburbia, but this young fellow walked toward me until he was only six feet away.  At that point I was wondering if I was the one that should be frightened.  After checking me out and finding me rather boring, he eventually turned around and rejoined his mother.
