Half

Crystal clear night which means only one thing in December...it's absolutely freezing.

Crazy workday. The promotion process opened and so I got a look at the application form.  Hmm. Some creative thinking on my part needed as well as help from all quarters.
Then senior management flip-flopping has landed a stupendous workload on my desk with a deadline of 29/12. 
On top of that, another opportunity was offered and I have to get some sort of application in for that by next Friday.

This is all going to test my time-management skills to the max.
