Yellow

This dilapidated old thing is a grit bin.

For 50 weeks of the year no one cares about him at all - people don't even realise he's there and animals use him as a toilet.

But when the snow comes suddenly the grit bin is everyone's friend - giving out life saving scoops of salt to melt the ice.

Then the snow goes and suddenly he's left alone again.

It's a tough life.
