Wanderings & Witterings

Angel

Not what we expected to find on our Ramblers walk on Wednesday!

Our route today was a Glasgow city centre stroll, taking in the Necropolis (worth a wander if you're ever in the city), Glasgow Green and the People's Palace, a zig-zag across some of the bridges and ending up in a hostelry in the Merchant City (I only had a coffee due to the fact that I had a car sitting at Greenfaulds railway station). It was wet, but we were well wrapped up - unlike the 'angel' we came across on our travels.

Don't know the full story, but it seems that she - and her colleague nearby who had both a camera and a bag containing some warmer clothes - were involved in a project on the theme of life and death and the transition between the two.

"Catch her death," I thought, pondering upon the foolishness of youth.
"Well, at least she's in the right place," I then thought, showing the wisdom of age.
