Alf the Elf is just hanging around waiting to be called to help Santa.

The carers at work have enlisted Alf to help lighten the load as the big day approaches.   He is 'hidden' each day (he's been seen climbing into the letterbox, sliding down the banister and now on the linen line) and whoever finds him takes a picture which is put onto the homes face book page, all good fun and if it brings a smile to staff and residents alike then it's got to be working.
