Up a High Ladder

Last week when we had all of the snow I noticed a problem with the gutter on the front of the house.  A portion of it was pulling away.  Sure enough there were 5 or 6 nails that popped that should have been holding it in place.  Luckily I had some screw in the garage that were for securing gutters.  All I had to do was get up there and screw them in....

I borrowed a friend's truck to put the ladder in so it would reach.  It was also a good way to make the base sturdy.  It worked like a charm and the gutter should make it through the winter attached to the house.
