St. Anne's Look off!

Had to get off the Hill today....boy did i start feeling fenced in yesterday.....no wonder really....been basically Big Hill bound for the past week!   Except to run into Baddeck for supplies!

The meditation weekend was fabulous, but there were 15 extra folks here all weekend....not to mention the clean up before and after the retreat...i'm definitely not complaining, it was all totally worth it, but i realised yesterday evening i needed a ME day!   Plus, yesterday was the Baddeck farmer's Christmas Market in Baddeck....a long and day, but it was a very successful day...lots of good sales....and the best part was i sold one of my little paintings...that kinda made my day!!!

So, this morning i drove up to Sydney, had a lovely breakfast at Starbucks, a wander around Value Village....a lovely meander around the mall....and i purchased a thesaurus....now that i have to come up with titles for my paintings i reckon a book of words might be helpful!  Also had a meeting with the folks at the gallery i'm having a pop up show at on the 14th!   That really helped!

On my way home, the usual thing is to stop at the St. Anne's look off, down the water towards the Atlantic...it never disappoints.

Home and now ready to start dinner!  Feeling so much more balanced!
