Gingerbread Creation

Was quite taken by this gingerbread creation at the Four Seasons. I’ve never made a gingerbread house and found this to be quite fun. That teddy bear looks heavy though!

It’s been a busy day, had a house viewing first thing. Not excited about this process at all, and didn’t come out well either with my communication with Martin. Stressful times indeed.

Also met up with some friends who’re on their way to Dubai today and kindly offered to take a Christmas cake to Sherry and Geradine. So kind of them.

Quick lunch with the Hospitality Team at the golf club to order 7 turkeys for our Christmas special service and luncheon coming up on Dec 8th.

And finally home to bake another Christmas cake for us (seeing as I’ve sent ours to Dubai!!!) :).
