Fizz - Part 2

Out to a wine tasting event at the Royal Scots Club on Abercromby Place.

The Club has always felt a bit special to me - when I moved to Edinburgh in 1997 I spent a few nights there while trying to sort out a rental. And in the early 2000s RBS would use the conference rooms for meetings & presentations. I’ve also seen Fringe shows there. Lots of warmth & character.

Great Grog is an independent local wine merchant and the tasting was great: Prosecco, Cava, cremants and champagne. Felt very merry on the bus home!
