Last rose?

This must surely the last rise of the year. It was high up on the Golden Showers bush, being buffeted by the wind and the occasional shower so I have brought it indoors. I put in a sprig of ceanothus to keep it company.
It is much warmer today so I spent time outside, sweeping leaves. They were a bit soggy.
