Kennaway Tunnel

It seems like I've been at this for 7 years. A little bit more than that because I've missed one or two along the line. That seems like quite a lot of blips - 2555 of them in fact!

I went to Dawlish this morning and down to Boat Cove. Normally there would be a few boats on the slipway but today there were two enormous earthmovers. That area's all barricaded off as work goes on to protect the railway by building a taller sea wall. Nothing was going on there today but I suppose they have to work between tides. There's some good graffitti or street art in this area and it seems that someone knew of my celebration and has marked it on the wall of the tunnel where the trains disappear on their way to, Penzance or Paddington, depending on which way they're going.

It's a pleasure to mix with all you lovely folks on Blipfoto, thank you all for your continued support as you call in to make comments and add stars and hearts as you see fit. Thanks to all of you and especially the wonderful people who work behind the scenes to keep this wonderful site going.
