They're back

When I stepped out of bed to go to gym, this morning, I nearly tread on these guys..............

After yoga and a "fake" swim, with a cook in the sauna, I headed home, to try  to put the carnosine video together.  I didn't actually succeed. Although I did spend the entire day, trying.

The "fake" swim : the big pool was full, there were no lanes available to swim in, so I had to get wet, in the splash pool.


In terms of the video. I did get drawings from Tracey, but they weren't really what I wanted.  Try as I might, I could not make them work........in the late afternoon, I asked her to redo two of them.
