Who's silly?

Silly Saterday is here again. Thanks Admirer for hosting it once more.
The diary belonged to an aunt of mine, it didn't have much in it, and for so.e unknown reason we still have it. It is being used as a note book in conjunction with the other little book now.
When we went to live in NZ in the 70's we enjoyed lots of cream, butter, and other goodies, and put a bit of weight on! The calorie counter book and a lot of exercise soon sorted out the weight.
Over the past couple of years I have done less cycling so there has been some weight increase again. It would be silly not to follow what had worked on the past, so now I'm back to my "racing weight". I just need to work on my fitness now, or is that silly?
