The Noble Jackdaw

With failing light and having not yet managed to shoot my Blip for the day,I lifted my Nikon D800 and scoured the garden in search of a subject.It was the that I spotted the Jackdaw perched on the Telephone wire .Checking the settings,I found them at ISO 6400.F6.3 AND 1/100 on Manual,so had nowhere to go?I took 3 shots and this is the best!
But if it was ever needed to test the worth of my D800 I think this has proven it well?
The bird was at a distance of about 100 meters,so everthing was at its limit!
